Sliced tomatoes being stored in plastic container on the makeshift cutting board had an internal temperature of 71 degrees F. Cole slaw and quarter tomatoes in the makeshift had an internal temperature of 44 degrees F. |
The person in charge volutnary discarded the sliced tomatoes in the trash. The other foods referenced in the violation were moved to the functional walk in cold holding unit. |

Facility previously had mop sink but due to a water heater leak the dedicated mop sink was removed. On routine inspection, dedicated mop sink was observed to be disconnected from water source and sewage drain. Facility will have 10 days from 24 September 2024 to reinstall dedicated mop sink. |
