Firm has a Food Safety Guide hanging in kitchen - explained again. Found bleach and used my test strips to show how much bleach to use (employee showed me an order on their phone for bleach test strips). |

Observed some items in warmer to be out of temperature, probed with calibrated thermometer: 3 chicken tenders 125 - 129 (others above 135); taco puffs 129 - 133; BBQ 122; corndogs 102; bacon tots 122 - 129; potato wedges 113 - 117; cheesy tots 108 - 122. Per employee some of these items were cooked early this morning. |
