Milk products in the walk-in dairy cooler were checked internally with TDA verified probe thermometer after the use of an infrared thermometer showed exterior temperatures of the milk products around 50 degrees F.
Internal milk temperatures ranged between 51 degrees and 53 degrees at the time of inspection.

A total of 16 gallons and 39 pints of milk were discarded.
