Observed handwashing sink in retail deli area, no hot water. Handwashing sink had running water, however hot water provided was only 72 degrees. Per discussion with TCGM, issue comes from water heater tripping breaker. Ticket has been submitted for regional maintenance to repair. All other handwashing sinks and 3 compartment sink in deli kitchen area have hot water. |
