On 10/18, at the beginning of inspection, observed no hot water at the deli handwashing sink or deli 3 compartment sink. Order of closure for deli issued. |
On the evening of 10/18, hot water was supplied to deli handwashing sink and deli 3 compartment sink. Via Facetime call with Kenny Patel, verified with running water and thermometer, deli handwashing sink hot water 124F; 3 compartment sink hot water 113F. Order of suspension for deli was suspended. |
