*Observed the following items in prep coolers (front) with no date marking: open and in use single serving sups of in house made slaw, small in house filled cups of Ranch Dressing, and Honey Mustard, open in use containers of Salsa, Cocktail sauce, Salad dressing, honey mustard and Ranch, these items are labeled as refrigerate after opening by manufacture.
*Observed open and in use items in back prep cooler with dates as follows: Salad Dressing 1-4 1-19 1-18, Ranch 2-3 1-25 Mayo 1-29, this is beyond day of creation and 6 days, today is 2-18-25.
