The sanitizer solution was tested with both the firm's test kits as well as the inspector's test kits. Both test kits indicated 0 ppm of sanitizer in this solution. The PIC moved the sanitizer dispenser hose to the second compartment and ran it to attempt to get a sanitizer reading. Foam was observed coming from this hose like a quaternary ammonium sanitizer but when tested it reads 0 ppm. Priority (P) 0
