Observed several plastic bags of frozen whole chickens stored in chest freezers without any labeling stating where the frozen chicken items came from or their origin. When asking the PIC where the bags of chicken came from; they could not produce an invoice.
**Observed several Tres Leches desserts and breads that are coming from 'El Bizco Chito' company which is not a permitted facility. |
