Dippin' dots freezer had been off due to power out back in late winter (Jan or Feb of 2024). Product had melted and frozen back together in clumps. Ice buildup on outside of packages. Per employee, the firm contacted dippin' dots but will not be getting credited for inventory. Not sure why it has not yet been disposed. |
