Food items in the walk-in cooler were noted to be between 46 degrees and 48 degrees which were above the safe cold holding temperature of 41 degrees or below at the time of inspection. Food items were checked internally with TDA verified thermometer.

-Beer Brats, Jalapeno Cheddar Dogs, Smoky Cheddar dogs, Sliced Tomatoes, Lettuce, Sliced Red Onions, Diced Cucumber, Packages of Sliced Cheese, Packages of Shredded Cheese, Containers of Tuna Salad, Containers of Chicken Salad, and Milk/Dairy Products (Pints, Quarts, Gallons).
Observed breakfast food items on a rolling cart in the kitchen food prep area to be between 53 degrees and 65 degrees which were above the above the safe cold holding temperature of 41 degrees or below at the time of inspection. Food items were checked internally with TDA verified thermometer.
