Observed numerous food containers stored in the prep cooler and the 2-door storage cooler in the food service kitchen area to not be date marked with a preparation date or a discard date. The food containers consisted of cut pineapple, cut radishes, Pico de Gallo, cut cucumbers, cut limes, in house made green salsa, in house made cheese dip, and shredded lettuce.
