No soap was available in the men's room. Soap was present in the wall mount dispenser. Soap would not dispense when pressing the lever of the dispenser. The PIC was able to repair the soap dispenser during the inspection. |

The open beverage cooler was scanned with an infrared thermometer at 58 degrees. Tropicana orange juice in this cooler was probed with a state issued and calibrated thermometer at 55 degrees. The Tropicana juices in this cooler were the only product that required refrigeration. The PIC voluntarily discarded these items. |

A soda syrup box was observed stored directly on the floor near the syrup connections for the soda fountain. The PIC picked up this box of syrup and moved it to storage above the floor. |
