Observed several open containers of TCS sauces and dressings stored in Iron Skillet prep table to be outside the temperature safe zone for cold holding. Average Temperatures taken were between 52 to 60F using my probe thermometer. |
All TCS food items that have an internal temperature of above 41F were voluntarily discarded by PIC during inspection. |

Observed heavy food residue and spills setting up inside of the beverage station floor drain making area open to pest harborage. Also, I noted a distinct, musky smell coming from the floor drain as well near the cash register. |
