The walk in cooler was measured with an infrared surface thermometer at 49 degrees. Milk and butter displayed in this cooler were probed with a state issued and calibrated thermometer with milk at 49 degrees and butter at 50 degrees. The PIC voluntarily discarded the two half gallons of milk and the 4 packs of butter in the walk in cooler. No other TCS items were observed in this equipement. |
