A- The dishwasher that uses a Sani-NC Chlorine based sanitizer was tested at 0ppm. Dishes that are run through this piece of equipment are not being sanitized. This establishment has a three bay sink and dishes will be sanitized in the three bay sink until the dishwasher issue is corrected.
***Sanitizer at the Love's 3-Compartment sink initially tested 0ppm for quat-based sanitizer, along with Love's towel buckets filled from the same source. The tube inside the sanitizer container was re-adjusted by management and then tested at 200ppm. Towel buckets were replaced as well. |
