Retail Warmer- Firm is buying and repackaging cakes and pies without an ingredient list or date marking. Firm is storing the Pies and cakes on top of the retail food warmer. Asked firm what kind of pie they are selling, and employees were unable to identify what kind of pie it is. Inspectors were unable to determine if pies are shelf stable or need to be Refridgerated due to firm discarding original packages. PIC decided not to continue to sell re-packages pies and cakes. |
