Observed facility to have a preparation area for pizza near the front of the store on the retail floor. Pizzas are cooked and sliced in this area. There is not a convenient handwashing sink near this area of the store. The closest available are the restroom sinks, which cannot substitute for a handwash sink and the dish room handwashing sinks which is located at the back of the store behind a separating door, which is inconvenient for this preparation area. |
