The retail walk in freezer was scanned with an infrared surface thermometer at 43 degrees. Milk inside this cooler was probed with a state issued and calibrated thermometer with whole milk at 45 degrees and chocolate milk at 48 degrees. The PIC voluntarily discarded all out of temperature product from this cooler. |
