Rotisserie chicken observed to be held from 106.4 F to 123.6 F (4 in total). 2 packages of roasted chicken wing observed at 106.3 F and 109.3 F. 2 packaged of pork loin roasts at 109.8 F and 121.2 F. A split wing turkey breast at 126.5 F. All temperatures were verified with TDA digital probe thermometer. |
