Worker was draining onions against in hand sink using the side as surface draining against and onions were touching the side of hand sink
I had her dispose of the onions and get fresh . I also explained that that was an unsanitary practice that hand sink is for hand washing only and the product contamination because was touching the sides of the sink. |
