No soap would dispense from the soap dispenser at the Starbucks hand sink. This is an electric hand soap dispenser and the low battery light on the face of the dispenser was flashing. Soap was observed in the dispenser indicating that this equipment needs batteries changed. |

Observed several white grub type insect larvae approximately 1/4 inch to 3/4 long on the floor around pallets used to store bagged pet food in the receiving area. Several of these larvae were observed to be alive and moving. Additionally, observed two adult insects that appeared to be a beetle or weevil on two different retail shelves that are used to display bagged pet food. These adult insects were black, and approximately 1/3 inch to 1/2 inch long, and had a very slender thorax and abdomen section. |
