47,48,49 0080-04-09-.05(4)(c) Sewage and waste water properly disposed through public sewer or approved septic system; including condensate drainage out I observed the upfront hand sink faucet head and 3 Compartment Sink faucet head leaking from the base where the faucet meets the sink basin. The damaged faucet leaks are causing the sink to spray wastewater everywhere when in use. Also, when the hand sink up front is turned on it leaks from underneath, where the water source meets the faucet. This is all causing your wastewater not to drain properly. (Sinks are still able to be used for hand washing) with hot and cold water at each sink. PIC stated that they have already created a work order, the firm is just waiting for the repair.
