Rodent dropping was observed under the retail display aisles, behind cold holding unit in the food service area, on retail display aisle shelves, and in the walk in cold holding unit. Observation observed in the food service area of live pest and activity in and around the food service area is pest infestation. Pest infestation constitutes an imminent health hazard, and an order of suspension was issued to the facility at approximately 9:15 am. Facility will need to cease all food service operations to pest infestation has been resolved. |
