Observed 2 bottles of Quaternary Ammonia sanitizer used at firm to have 00ppm when using my test strips. Both firm chlorine and quaternary ammonia test strips were out of date during today's inspection. |
PIC voluntarily remade sanitizer that registered at the required 200 ppm. I advised PIC to change sanitizer when they can to ensure the sanitizer does not settle or lose its effectiveness. |
