Employee cleaning equipment in the ware wash sink observed without having the sink properly set up. Wash water was filled in the rinse compartment and once and item was washed it was placed in the sanitizer water without being rinsed off. |
PIC drained wash water and instructed employee to properly set up ware wash sink and to rinse items before sanitizing. |
