I observed when asking PIC to test the firm's Quaternary Ammonia sanitizer inside the deli that the PIC made several bottles that registered at 00ppm when tested using the firm's and inspectors test strips. |

Observed a bottle labeled sanitizer inside the deli department with foamy, clear, soapy liquid inside. PIC stated that the deli must have refilled the bottle with soap instead of sanitizer. |
Bottle was dumped, soap was removed and washed out and sanitizer was mixed several times in the same bottle until sanitizer reached accurate parts per million for sanitizing. |
