Observed that PIC inside the deli department could not speak to thermometer calibration. During calibration of firm's thermometer, the PIC asked if the firm's probe thermometer was supposed to be in Celsius or Fahrenheit. PIC was not able to decipher the difference in the method or Celsius temperature. |
