Observed walk in cooler with a thermo gun reading of 45 but thermometer inside cooler reading 32 F. A pack of bologna in the cooler had an internal reading of 48 F degrees and a packaged of hot dogs were reading 49 F degrees internally. All cold foods must be held at 41 F degrees or below. |
