The inspector used TDA provided test kits to test this solution which showed the sanitizer at 100 ppm. Firm uses a quaternary ammonium sanitizer which should be prepared at 200 to 400 ppm. Cardboard pieces that appeared similar to rodent nesting materials were also observed near this box. A box of wrapped straws in another cabinet of the beverage station also showed evidence of rodent chewing. Also observed rodent feces along the wall separating these two cabinets.
