The retail produce reach in cooler was measured with an infrared surface thermometer at 57 degrees F. Nine bags of chopped and de-spined nopales in this cooler were probed with a state issued and calibrated thermometer at 48 degrees and 51 degrees. The PIC voluntarily discarded these bags of nopales. No other cut produce was observed in this cooler. |
