Observed no sanitizer available when PIC made fresh bucket of Quaternary Ammonia sanitizer inside of the kitchen. The bucket registered at 00ppm using the firm's and my test strips. The dispenser was not allowing the sanitizer to mix properly after several attempts at making sanitizer. |
PIC voluntarily placed a work order on issue, but they also have a Chlorine sanitizing Commercial Dishwasher they can use. |
