Cold Hold: Observed several individually wrapped Haagen Dazs (21 each) ice creams, Popsicles (36 each), Nutty Buddies (13 each) and a bag of Hot Dogs (45 each) missing a label with the Common Name, ingredient and allergen list, quantity, name and address of location for traceability.

**Several individually wrapped Ritz Crackers (15 packages each), Premium Saltines (12 packages each), Club Crackers (20 packages each), and Oreo's (10 packages each)
**Observed several individual bags of ice made at firm missing the firm's labeling of name, address, and phone # for traceability.
***All TCS foods were also stored in the bulk boxes with "Not for Individual Sale' on several boxes. |
PIC stated that the foods were from Sam's Club. All foods were voluntarily discarded by PIC during inspection. |
