Observed firm is utilizing a 'dump sink' as a hand sink. This sink is the only hand sink that the firm has going into the firm's kitchen and dish room and must be labeled 'Hand Wash Sink'. PIC has been made aware that firm will not be able to utilize this sink as a dump sink once its labeled a hand sink. It can and only be used as a hand wash sink. |

Observed that PIC only dipped Quaternary Ammonia test strip for 1 second before registering the parts per million or percentage. Per the manufacturer's instructions, the test strips must be dipped for 10 seconds in order to achieve an accurate reading. |

Observed several chemical bottles of clearish liquid inside of the kitchen that were not labeled properly. One bottle that was labeled AWESOME contained bleach and was confirmed to be bleach by PIC during today's inspection too. Also, another bottle of clearish liquid was labeled FABULOUS. Please ensure that all chemicals are labeled according to their contents and also use the 'Common Name' like BLEACH or DISENFECTANT. |
All bottles were voluntarily dumped into sanitizer basin of 3 Compartment sink. |
