Observed low sanitizer being dispensed inside of the Deli 3 Compartment after several attempts of making solution. The sanitizer only registered 50 ppm using mine and the firm's test strips. All other 3 Compartment sink sanitizer basins inside firm were registering adequately at 200 ppm. |

Observed during Deli sanitizer testing that PIC moved test strip and placed in solution for 4 seconds. Per manufacturer's instructions, test strips must be dipped for 10 seconds without moving strip to ensure an accurate reading. |
