Slicer cleaning frequency observed not being tracked for 2 of 3 deli slicers stored at ambient temperature. Firm utilizes a tablet to log cleaning times and keep track of slicer cleaning frequency. One cheese slicer observed being tracked correctly and another two slicers also labeled cheese slicer observed with 3/23 at 7:16AM as the start time and today is 3/25/2025. Two slicers observed in use including a meat slicer. |
