Observed 50 hot tamales stored in coolers wrapped in tin foil in front of store to be sold. Owner stated she gets them from a lady but didn't provide where or name of business. Owner stated she only keeps them for 2 hours. I explained to her that she is a category 3 and is not permitted to sell hot foods. A hold order will be issued on the tamales. Owner stated she would not sell them anymore. Also observed 10 bags of re-packed chorizo with no source of where it came from. A hold order was placed on the chorizo for no source or label at time of inspection. |

I explained to the owner that she could not re-pack foods that she is not permitted to do so. A hold order was placed in the cheese and chorizo at time of inspection. |
