Observed several additional chest freezers during today's routine inspection filled with many TCS foods. PIC states that this is his personal food and not for retail sale. Freezers show heavy buildup of ice. Also noted several PIC personal items inside of retail coolers as well. |
If freezers are unable to move, the PIC will place 'Not for Retail' sale on each chest freezer. |
