Racks of raw chicken stored close to exposed fraying,peeling insulation in the chicken room. Observed racks of baked goods not covered at the top of the racks leaving top baked goods exposed. Bakery Department. Prepared (not cooked)pepperoni pizza on rack in deli cooler not covered to protect possible contamination. |
