Milk dated in November, December to use by. Salads such as guacamole dated in Sept, other salads are older than that, some are beginning to puff. These products should not be sold, i opened and smelled of the milk and was soured, the salads I could not tell but they are beginning to puff. Milk spoiled /soured. Since it is commercially processed and not altered, product can be sold out f date but it is the stores responsibility that product is still safe for sales. If itr is soured, separated, containers puffed are all signs of product being spoilt. |
