Observed sanitizer in three compartment sink with a concentration of 100ppm when tested with inspector's test strips. PIC drained sanitizer and refilled compartment. Sanitizer solution once again tested at 100ppm. Label instructions on Aleva 5 QA sanitizer states that concentration should be between 150 - 200ppms. |
