Towel Buckets with Sanitizer were changed at time of inspection- Sanitizer concentration was testing with QUAT based test strips- Temperature of sanitizing solution was 118 degrees. |
Reviewed with PIC the temperature of the sanitizing solution that test strips can accurately test the concentration of sanitizing solution. Placed a small container of sanitizer in the walk in cooler and tested the solution at 64 degrees- Concentration was at 200ppm. |
