As I was washing my hands, I observed oil/sewage backing up out of the middle floor drain in the food service kitchen area. I observed that anytime water is run in the hand sink drain or any drain in the 3-bay sink it backs up from the middle floor drain in the food service kitchen. I have stopped Deli operations and contacted the office to issue a notice of suspension. |
