The establishment is bagging ice in house, the bags of ice were observed to be offered for sale. These bags did not indicate the establishment's name and the location (address) at the time of inspection. Over 8 bags of ice, bagged in house, were observed to be offered for sale in the freezer location inside the establishment entry/exit door at the time of inspection.

Observed the ceiling in the back storage area and above the retail drink cold holding coolers to be leaking heavily due to rain; in need of repair. Several of the ceiling tiles above the retail display drink cold holding units were observed to have excessive water damage and water stains. Several of the ceiling tiles along the left side wall of the establishment were observed to have excessive water damage and water stains at time of inspection. |
