Can opener attached to the preparation table near the ice machine was observed to have dried food residues on the blade. The vegetable chopper being stored between the ice machine and the mop sink on the preparation table was observed to have excessive amount of dried food residues and build up on the blades. |

The sliced tomatoes were observed to be cooling in a plastic container with a tight-fitting plastic lid. Discussed with person in charge proper cooling methods during the routine inspection. |
