These foods had been recently received and were observed to be placed in cold holding unit at the retail display. Discussed with PIC receiving and checking foods to ensure foods are being received a appropriate temperatures. |
Person in charge removed these foods for the retail cold holding unit and segregated these food reference in the violation. |
