Handwashing sink in food prep area observed not draining at beginning of inspection. Inspector washed hands upon entering food prep area and water from handwashing was still standing in handwashing sink basin approximately five minutes later. PIC plunged sink and water draining. Approximately ten minutes later the inspector returned to the food prep area and all three basins of three compartment sink had standing water in sink basins. |
PIC voluntarily plunged drains during inspection and water began to drain properly. |
