Observed milk cooler with a surface temperature of 58 F and PIC stated the cooler had been down since last night. I checked the internal temperature of a gallon of milk and a pint of milk with TDA probe thermometer, and it was 54 F to 55 F degrees at time of inspection. |
PIC pulled all milk and discarded at time of inspection. |
