Observed broken floor tiles at the transition from the deli sink area into the deli walk in freezer. Due to the broken floor tiles, there is a gap underneath the freezer door that is allowing water from cleaning activities to enter the freezer and freeze onto the floor. The floor in the freezer is no-longer a smooth concrete because of continuous ice build up and ice build up removal. |
