Wiping cloths were observed in what PIC stated was a bleach sanitizer solution. Tested the sanitizer at start of inspection and the concentration of the sanitizer was below 50 ppm (test strip was white). |
PIC set up the three bay sink at time of inspection and the concentration of the three-bay sink was found at 100ppm. PIC changed out the bleach water solution in the towel sanitizer bucket with the sanitizer that was at 100ppm. |
