Observed during testing of sanitizer inside of the meat department that PIC to placed test strip in sanitizing solution for several seconds before registering the proper parts per million. Per manufacturer's instructions, test strip must be placed into sanitizer for actually 10 seconds and removed from sanitizer in order to register the proper ppm. |
